Seared Lyme bay scallops with cauliflower purée, pan fried pancetta & rocket leaves.

Pork medallions with local black pudding, caramelised apples & calvados jus.

Feta tart with sun blushed tomato, roasted bell peppers & spiced red pesto.

Spiced duck breast with pak choi, oriental noodles and a honey & soy dressing.

8oz rump surf & turf with spicy king prawns, wilted spinach, sautéed potatoes & béarnaise sauce.

Steamed halibut fillet with charred asparagus, curly kale & a fresh tomato & olive oil dressing.

Pappardelle pasta with asparagus, spinach & wild mushrooms in a tarragon cream sauce.




        Passion fruit crème brûlée with lemon zest shortbread & chantilly cream.

            Prosecco & raspberry jelly with vanilla pannacotta topping.
